14-day cooling-off period and our return policy

Of course, it can happen that the product doesn't quite meet your expectations and you want to return it. This is no problem at all with Salon For All. You must register your return with us via info@salonforall.de within 14 working days. You will then receive all the return instructions and conditions. Please note: must not have been used, must contain all supplied parts and must be returned in the original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are always borne by the buyer for purchases via www.salonforall.de. You must organise your own transport for a return shipment with a transport company of your choice. Once returned, it will be checked for completeness and damage. The owners of Salon For All were experienced hairdressers and beauty specialists and together have over 30 years of practical experience. In 2003 Salonvoordeel.nl (Netherlands) was started by us and later Salon For All was founded for the European market. Some of our employees started their own business and so the idea was born to start a functional webshop for hairdressers and to help them set up their salon.
