    Dermo-Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy. It is an alternative to laser treatments, plastic surgery and deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method for skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo-Roller activ is a roller fitted with thin titanium microneedles. The needles are 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm long and create almost 250,000 microneedles in the skin within 5 minutes. As they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin like a human hair and therefore penetrate the skin perfectly. The precise manufacturing of the titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during treatment. Each roller head is equipped with 192 titanium needles.
