After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from you to the webshop are at your expense. Please consult the website of your shipping company for exact rates.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">If you make use of your right of cancellation, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - as far as reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">To exercise this right, you can contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@salonforall.com\">info@salonforall.com<\/a> contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention:<\/strong> If your item has arrived damaged, please let us know. <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong> under <a href=\"mailto:info@salonforall.com\">info@salonforall.com<\/a> stating your order number. Otherwise we will unfortunately no longer be able to claim the damage from the carrier.<\/p>\n<h3>Return conditions<\/h3>\n<p>If you make use of your right of cancellation, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and - as far as reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.<br \/><strong>Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The item must not have been used or assembled<\/li>\n<li>The original packaging must not be damaged or labelled<\/li>\n<li>Salon furniture and appliances that have been assembled, installed or put into operation cannot be taken back<\/li>\n<li>Products that are made to measure or have been specially ordered for you from our suppliers are not subject to the right of cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.<\/p>\n<h3>Return procedure step by step<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Attention:<\/strong> The return address is not our showroom address in Dinxperlo. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment. We will bear the original shipping costs.<br \/><strong>This is how the return shipment works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Register your return<\/strong> - Send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:info@salonforall.com\">info@salonforall.com<\/a> with your return request and your order number<\/li>\n<li><strong>Receive a confirmation<\/strong> - You will receive a confirmation from us with the correct return address<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send the product<\/strong> - Send the product <strong>after authorisation<\/strong> within 14 days, well packed, to Salon For All B.V., Anholtseweg 24, 7091 HA Dinxperlo.
